Servant of Healing and of New Perspectives

The process involves 10-15 people who may or may not be acquainted and sitting in a circle and follows these steps:

1. A participant - who we call client now - who has the need to resolve an issue will sit next to the facilitator, Ulrich Bold.
2. In front of the group, the client in 'interviewed' by the facilitator to clarify the intension of resolution and healing (what is the desired outcome?).
3. The facilitator offers the client options of where to look for the blocked or entangled energies, be it in the family of origin, a former relationship, a former business environment or an abstract constellation.
4. With the clients approval the facilitator selects "roles" for the client's constellation (meaning gathering people).
5. The client selects the "players" that are called representatives for those "roles", including someone who is the representative for the client.
6. The client places each representative somewhere in the room by touching their shoulders so that all representatives form a constellation that reflects the origin of what wants to be resolved. Now they stand in the "knowing field" (morphogenetic field), the group unconscious.
7. Once the representatives have been placed in their "roles" they are guided by the facilitator and begin to experience feeling and thoughts, moods and even physical sensations from within. No acting or role playing is involved. They say, sense and do only what their inner selves / instincts direct.
8. The facilitator works with the information and sensations of the representatives. He talks with them, makes them talk with each other honestly and changes their position.
9. Through this method the obstacles to the desired outcome of the client emerge and the facilitator guides the obstacles to resolution.
10.  The final step is to bring the original client into the constellation/circle of representatives (knowing field) and allow him or her to experience the flow of vitality, acceptance and love as the obstacles emerge.
11. The client experiences an immediate shift, that usually unfolds intensely over the next days and weeks.

Results:

During the next days, weeks and months, the shifts in the client affect the system (family and family members of origin, former relationships/marriages including children and/or former business relationships) and energetic improvement and change manifest themselves. If the resolution had to do with unresolved family and/or relationship issues the real family members and/or former partners will also begin to energetically shift. They usually become more self-caring and loving in their behaviorism and attitude. Acceptance and love is easier shown and expressed. The client will find his inner life quality improving. Strength and joy enters progressively his or her life. This renewed inner magnetism within will change the client's social life over time to the better.

If the resolution had to do with a health issue, and energetic patterns and entanglements behind the physical symptoms were revealed and released, physical improvement and better health condition can result from Origin Healing Work. Yet it depends on what kind of physical or health issue had to be dealt with. In some cases supportive after care by therapeutic bodywork over some weeks might be needed to help the body release the old obstacles.

If the resolution had to do with career shifts or organizational issues, after a Origin Healing Work the client can act on those issues with more confidence and the people involved begin to respond and act differently, thus making changes possible. This is especially effective when issues of mistrust, fear or grief are the obstacles to movement.
