Reincarnation & Astrology

– so vital and simple -

In the history of astrology, which goes back many thousands of years, there has never been a technique of chart interpretation that allows the astrologer and thus the client to see and describe the dynamics of previous lives and how they affect the current life circumstances.

Yet, since Jeffrey Green has received unbelievable insights about the symbolism of previous lives reflected within a birth horoscope we are finally able to describe the character of the client as a logical effect of his/her previous incarnations. The paradigms of these astrological techniques called ‘Evolutionary Astrology’ are so simple, that for some folks these paradigms or techniques appear as too simple, too easy and thus as wrong and crazy. Yet the emotional reaction of clients and their feedback is always a confirmation for its value, which is the greatest proof regarding the value of this simple six-step-method of Evolutionary Astrology.

The philosophical basis of Evolutionary Astrology is based on the legitimate question: "how could it be that one person is born as a cripple and the other one as a genius, if there is only one life (i.e. one incarnation) and yet simultaneously a fair, balancing life-principle (God/Goddess) regulating everything" (a quote by Paramahansa Yogananda)? Well, if we cruise around the spiritual writings it doesn’t take long to see that reincarnation has always been an essential element of the western philosophical and religious systems (i.e. agnostic; even texts of the old testament read in the right way give many hints about reincarnation).

Evolutionary Astrology refers to a great Indian master, Swami Sri Yukteswar, the teacher of Paramahansa Yogananda. Yukteswar states that a soul incarnates that moment when the planetary constellations are in perfect harmony with the karma of that individual soul (…as above so below – Hermes Trismengistos),thus, the individual birth horoscope is the symbolic reflection of the dynamics of the unchangeable past that will now be played out in the current incarnation. Why? In order to evolve beyond old, repeated patterns, over-identifications and attachments that have become a hindrance to the ongoing evolution of consciousness. This includes karmic dynamics of a negative nature, but most of all positive karma relative to talents, potential and abilities. In other words, the dynamics of previous lifetimes will determine the current incarnation’s imprint and character in order to overcome old patterns, attachments and fear to evolve consciousness further for the ultimate realizationits of its own divine essence.

From this point of view, the natal chart becomes a vital, virtuous reflection of the whole being. A being that moves through time and space, that lives and changes. A being that acts and reacts relative to the soul’s desires that force us, sooner or later, to leave our old self limitations and definitions behind, to continuously embrace the greater awareness of our endless consciousness. Metamorphosis and Evolution are the result; two keywords or archetypes of Pluto and Scorpio, thus of Evolutionary Astrology.

Keeping in mind that we have reached another essential element or keyword of Evolutionary Astrology: the archetypes, or even better, the archetypal dynamics of the signs, the planets and the houses through which the twelve unique forces of consciousness with their inherent spectrums form the endless combinations for the individual horoscopes. As my beloved grandmother used to say, ‘every birth chart is the business card of God’; like a unique mandala created with the universal elements of the Divine Caleidoscope. The one who will learn and study Evolutionary Astrology will come to understand the essential meaning of the signs, planets and houses and how they interact in a vital, balancing, and "psycho-logical: ways. Also one will come to see the depth of the signs, planets and houses relative to their psychological, anatomical, sexual, cultural, historical and most of all, natural correlation as a reflection of life itself. Thus it will dawn upon us why astrology was called the ‘Queen of Science’ throughout the centuries.

Studying and applying the wisdom of astrology and Evolutionary Astrology in particular brings vitality, viruosity and understanding of the astrological language and its symbolism in any given chart which leads to an accurate chart reading that enables the astrologer and the client to really understand the vitality of cause and effect. The reason for what has happened in the client’s life as a logical result of his/her desires in the past and how one has chosen to act upon those desires. This brings a certain freshness and deep, meaningful emotional interaction between the astrologer and the client. Even if you apply the archetypes of the signs, planets and houses only for the current life dynamics the results will be overwhelming. If one now starts to apply those archetypal dynamics with the paradigms of the Evolutionary Astrology, i.e. reincarnation, and dives into the desires, circumstances and dynamics of previous lifes, as they are reflected in the symbolism of the natal chart, then uncountable doors start to open to the inner universe of the soul. The horoscope indeed will be perceived as an endless mandala.

And there is another benefit for students and practitioners of Evolutionary Astrology. Practicing Evolutionary Astrology is a charming invitation to progressively trust one’s right  brain hemisphere (intuitive). Intuition meaning that we know what we know without knowing why we know. Astrology is after all a holistic language of symbols presented in a circle. Thus, astrology does not want to be measured in terms of endless linear tables and statistics, because astrology is a reflection of the vitality of life in its interrelatedness with everything.

For the last 14 years I have been teaching Evolutionary Astrology and learned to deepen its techniques in my consultations. I was blessed to become one of the first graduated and certified Evolutionary Astrologers world wide. I am also one of a few authorized teachers of Evolutionary Astrology. For years I have taught this wonderful form of astrology to students of psychology and homeopathy and also for beginners and professionals in the field of astrology itself, and assisted Jeff Green for years as his co-teacher.

This Year I am happy to be able to present the basics of Evolutionary Astrology on CD and/or DVD. The modern technology allows students to deepend their knowledge while traveling or simply while being at home. To have a break when needed and to rewind whenever wanted. Thus building profund knowlegde and insights to attend ongoing classes and/or lectures in Evolutionary Astrology.
